here is my leg day warm up i make sure to never skip before working out my lower body🫶🏽

more often than not, I see a lot of beginners at the gym who don’t fully warm up properly before working out their lower body. It is SUPER important to do dynamic stretches beforehand to reduce soreness and optimize your workout so you won’t only have a shorter recovery period, but are able to lift heavier because you’re properly warmed up.

If you’re not sure what warm ups to do, save this and try it out for your next workout!

- squatted knee taps to open hips (alternate legs)

- seated opening hips

- deep squat toe touches

- scoops (alternate legs

- cossack squats

I do each of these for 30 seconds to 1 minute before leg day.
