🍑 : Squats
There are a ton of variation of squats and these are a staple for a reason. I would recommend a dumbell squat if a barbell squat is too difficult yet.
🍑 : Hip thrusts
These are one of everyone’s favorites for a reason. KAS Glute bridges or Hip thrusts will help build your Glutes so make sure to incorporate them in your program!
🍑 : Step ups
I like to think of these as step DOWNS because that’s where you’ll get the most glute activation so make sure to control the movement to isolate the glutes.
🍑 : RDL’s

Progressive overload is important for growth along with nutrition but these are some of my favorite exercises to build that booty!
