Tip #1 - 2 legs days per week. Splitting your lower body muscle groups will be your best bet when it comes to being able to sustain your weightlifting schedule.

Tip #2 - Personally I try to do 4 workouts per muscle, I always include 1-2 compounds in my routine. This allows you to work not only the main muscle you are focusing on but on all the surrounding muscles as well, and strengthen them all together.

Tip #3 - Make sure you are consuming enough protein. If you aren’t getting enough then your muscles won’t be getting enough either. It will be useless to go work your butt of at the gym and then not feed your body appropriately.
