Try this ultimate hourglass back workout to tone and develop a sexy back and an hourglass figure. Training your back is essential to help the illusion of a smaller waistline building up your back and shoulders is just as important as growing your hips and glutes when it comes to trying to gain an illusion of an hourglass figure. So the next time you’re hitting back try this:

1. Starting off with lat pull downs. I usually do 1 light warm up set of 12-15 reps. I then do 3-4 working sets of anywhere between 8 and 12 reps.

2. Next we have seated cable row. These are my favorite types of rows to do because I think it gives me the best range of motion. I did 3 sets of 8-10 reps.

3. Lat pull overs. With these you really have to go lighter on the weight and focus on form to really feel them in your back. Focus keeping your shoulders back, arms straight and pull with your lats. I did 4 sets of 10-12 of these.

4. Finally dumbbell row. Make sure with these your pulling your elbow back to your hip in a diagonal line. 3 sets of 8-10 of these.

Then I ended with 20 minutes of cardio:)
