Let’s tone your arms with this simple yet effective workout! Not only will you start to see results when you workout at least 2-3x a week, but you will start to feel more confident about you. I’m here to help you do just that! Perform the following exercises slowly and controlled:

1- Assisted tricep pushups: Perform for 1 minute, rest for 20 seconds, repeat 3x.

2- Skull crushers: Perform for 1 minute, rest for 20 seconds, repeat 3x.

3- Tricep extensions: Perform for 1 minute, rest for 20 seconds, repeat 3x.
