1- Assisted tricep pushups: Perform for 1 minute, rest for 20 seconds, repeat 3x.
2- Skull crushers: Perform for 1 minute, rest for 20 seconds, repeat 3x.
3- Tricep extensions: Perform for 1 minute, rest for 20 seconds, repeat 3x.
