this 20 minute HIIT treadmill workout is INSANE. i personally burn 500 calories each time! it’s definitely a sweaty workout but with all the walking/jogging breaks, it’s really not that bad!! definitely add this into your exercise regime if you’re looking to burn fat and lose weight! i cut 18lbs doing this workout :)

- increase the speed as you go to challenge yourself
