Beginner friendly, shy girl, dumbbell only back workout for all the girlies looking to grow lean muscle💅🏽

-Reverse Fly / 4 sets of 8-12 reps

--These will target the back of your shoulders

-Dual DB Row / 4 sets of 8-12 reps

--These will target the inner back

-DB Lat Pullover / 4 sets of 8-12 reps

--These will target the lats (side back)

-Single Arm, Underhand Grip Row / 3x10 reps per arm

--These will target the lats and the biceps!

ADVICE FOR BEGINNERS: Make sure you are keeping your movements slow and controlled, don't rush through the reps, and be sure to count your rest periods, about 60-90 seconds between sets!
