Workouts to tone/shape your back

You can absolutely change the shape of your back and give the illusion of a smaller waist. Training your back muscles might sound scary like you’ll end up looking like a man lol but you won’t.

I have a cable only back workout posted, but this week I’ll be recording a dumbbell only workout for my shy girls.
