What’s a shy girl workout? A shy girl workout basically is a workout catered to those who struggle with a general feeling of ‘gymtimidation’, a term for feeling anxious, self-conscious and scared when in public exercise spaces. You can do this workout anywhere! All you need is a set of dumbbells and yourself!

Choose a weight that allows you to be able to preform these movements without sacrificing form. I’m using 10s and a 30lb db but feel free to use anything you are comfortable with!

This workout is:

- Beginner friendly

- At home friendly

- QUICK + EFFECTIVE!

DETAILS:

- Front squats with a lighter weight 3x10

- Curtsy leg one side at a time with a heavier weight 3x10 (each leg)

- Overhead marches with a heavier weight 4x8 (switching arms each time!)

- Bicep curl to overhead press 3x10

- Overhead tricep extensions 3x10

-

- Floor finisher :)

- 30 seconds on 10 seconds off 4 times through!

- Plank up and downs (feel free to go down to your knees!)

Same thing: 30 seconds on 10 seconds off 4 times through!

- Weighted glute bridges squeezing at the top

- Glute bridge marches
