Barbell Row - 4 sets of 8-12 reps
Face Pulls - 4 sets of 8-12 reps
Rear Delt Pulls - 4 sets of 8-12 reps
Pull Ups - 3 sets of AMRAP
These movements can even be substituted with different machines and equipment but all in all these are staple movements in my routine to build lean muscle in my back on a weekly basis.
