My upper-body training split has changed quite a bit recently. I used to train upper body 2-3 times a week, but now I typically only train it once a week. Because of this, I like to work multiple muscle groups in one session. For this session, I focused on back and shoulders. I have also been focusing on using a lighter weight and doing higher reps to build leaner muscle. This is just a personal preference, however! I was on a time crunch for this workout, so I only did four exercises. This will take about 45 minutes to complete!

Details below:

1. You'll start off with lat pull downs: 4 sets, 12 reps

2. Next is cable rows: 4 sets, 12 reps

3. Following this, you'll be doing face pulls: 4 sets, 12 reps

4. Last but not least are single arm reverse cable flies: 3 sets, 8 reps
