Good morning, 🍋drops!

Kids are on their "wide child" setting this morning. I mean, hyper is not even the right word. My grandma is in the hospital with heart failure, low oxygen, severe UTI, and fluid in her lungs and I can't even go see her bc the kids have been sick and I can't carry anything up there to her. I can't lose my grandma.

My husband and son are off to Lowes to grab some things we need for projects today.

Tomorrow evening, I have a gospel concert to go to with my mom. Contemporary Christian music is not my style. I prefer the old hymns and traditional stuff, but as always...I never say no to my mom. Even at 45 years old. Even tho she's super critical and judgmental of me especially. I always do what she asks of me.

My best friend drove in from Nashville last night again to spend some time with me, so that was nice. Mid-40s and we still do slumber parties. I never want to outgrow those. We're like teenagers again for just a little while.

A lot going on in this weekend, but it's time to get to work now and focus on the projects at hand for the day. I really hope y'all have a beautiful, productive (or relaxing) weekend.
