1. Mental Health~ I have struggled with my mental health immensely throughout my teenage years. I’ve recently realized i’ve been more stressed than i have ever been. Stress can have multiple effects on your physical wellbeing as well as mental. Sometimes it’s better to worry about the things only you can control.

2. Food~ I have a terrible relationship with food personally, but i have changed a lot of eating habits. Many nights i won’t eat because i feel i don’t deserve to but everyone deserves to eat. I have struggled with my body since i was in middle school and its had a detrimental impact on my eating habits. I started to eat cleaner eating more fruits and low sugar foods. Any food is good in moderation.

3. Gym~ I work a lot so getting to the gym frequently is hard for me. But when i do go to the gym i work hard on the cardio and legs. I love to start with a mile run before every workout. Remember it’s important to stretch to prevent additional soreness.

4. Remember go at your own pace~ there is no secret to changing your lifestyle the weight loss i experienced was not due to extreme diets and workouts. It is a result of changing my lifestyle and attitude. By working on my character i enhanced my quality of life. I actually don’t hate looking at myself in the mirror and i want to see every day and experience life.

Everyone is beautiful and i still have a long way to go i am so young. I plan to continue to work on my body and my mind as i grow as a human. I plan to make a positive impact on society.
