HOW I HEALED MY ACNE NATURALLY

I root and feel for anyone dealing with acne.

It isn’t fun at all, it can hurt and ruin one’s confidence.

If there’s one thing you take away while reading this is that your acne will heal🙏🏽 your body is powerful, and it’s constantly doing what it can to come back into homeostasis.

Remember that we are all bio- individual. so what may work for someone else might not work for you and that’s okay, don’t be hard on yourself.

Here are a few natural tips:

- Rebuild your skin barrier by going back to basics- you don’t need all those skin care products to achieve glowly skin. To achieve that you want to be adding in minerals to your filtered water. that’s key.

- Eating a whole foods diet. fermented foods, omega 3 fatty acids, grass fed, organic if possible.

farmers markets are great! and honestly way easier on your pockets then at whole foods.

- slowly but surely removing toxic products from your home and daily routines. this is a big one. I can share a post on my low tox swaps if you’re interested.

- and lastly be gentle with yourself. Have you heard the saying to talk to your plants sweet words and they will grow and flourish, talk sweet words to yourself. change the language in which you speak to yourself. our body’s need encouragement🩷
