Things that helped make the process faster:

- WHEN DRYING YOUR FACE DONT USE A TOWEL AIR DRY OR DRY WITH PAPER TOWEL!

- sleeping in a silk pillowcase CHANGE IT EVERY 3 days!

- TAKE PROBIOTICS! Lmk if you guys want the one I use!

- might be obvious but EAT BETTER in other words eat home cooked meals rather than eating fast food, your home cooked meal can be as unhealthy as the fast food but it’s made with FRESH PRODUCE!
