How to make Chocolate Rolls?

Ingredients:

- 6 large eggs, separated

- 1 cup granulated sugar

- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour

- 1/4 cup cocoa powder

- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder

- 1/4 teaspoon salt

- 1 cup heavy cream

- 2 tablespoons powdered sugar

- 1 cup chocolate ganache (melted chocolate and cream)

Instructions:

1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 10x15 inch jelly roll pan with parchment paper.

2. In a large mixing bowl, beat egg yolks and sugar until thick and pale. Add vanilla extract.

3. In a separate bowl, sift together flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.

4. Fold the dry ingredients into the egg yolk mixture gently.

5. In another bowl, beat egg whites until stiff peaks form. Carefully fold the egg whites into the batter.

6. Pour the batter into the prepared pan, spreading evenly.

7. Bake for 12-15 minutes until set. Remove from oven, and let cool slightly.

8. While the cake is cooling, whip the heavy cream with powdered sugar until stiff peaks form.

9. Spread a layer of chocolate ganache over the cake. Add whipped cream over it.

10. Roll the cake tightly, starting from one end. Refrigerate for an hour.

11. Dust with powdered sugar, and slice before serving. Enjoy!
