Stretching has been an integral part of my workout routine as it helps me improves my workout performance and also helps loosen my muscles and increase my range of motions 😌
So if you just started working out, I suggest you SHOULD incorporate these stretching routines into your workout!! It will help you improve your gym performance by a lot ☺️
Some of the stretches I usually do are lower body stretches (as I usually run a lot) or full body stretches (as I usually sit at desk for the whole day)
