I went jogging and I surprised myself by not feeling tired ๐ซข By tired, I meant feeling like my heart was going to pop out of my chest but the jog was surprisingly bearable given that cardio is the bane of my existence.

To me, this was the most important tip Iโve incorporated. Iโve tried jogging on several occasions but always found myself to be too tired until I tried this tip. Maintaining your heart rate helps to ensure that you wonโt be too burnt out and you are constantly getting enough oxygen.

Songs that you listen during gym will not hit the same when you are running! For me, upbeat pop songs usually do the trick because of their higher beats per minute, leaving you more excited.
