This is a routine a friend recommended to me and I like how it feels like I am working a deeper part of my core, the stabilizing muscles in my abdomen. It is very important to go a bit slower and actively engage your abs during the movements. You always want to keep your back fully on the ground if you are laying down, I do this by picking my head up (like in slide 2).
Workout:
Wood Chops - 3 sets of 10 reps each side,
Weighted bicycles - 3 sets of 25 reps
Standing marches - 3 sets of 10 each side
Russian twists - 3 sets of 25 reps of each side
