Let鈥檚 work猬囷笍
1. Leg pull front
-start in a high plank
-lift and lower one leg at the time
-repeat for 10 reps then switch sides
2. Forearm plank leg lifts
-start in a side plank
-lift and lower your top leg 8 times
-repeat on the other side
3. Glute bridge marches
-start in a glute bridge
-begin your right knee to your chest, lower & switch
-perform 10 reps per knee!
4. Forearm plank to high plank
-start in a forearm plank
-press up to a high plank
-lower down to a forearm plank
-repeat for 8 reps
Do 3 sets of each exercise before moving onto the next! Rest at least 30 seconds in between sets for the best results. 馃挄
