✅Complete these abdominal exercises two to three times a week for a stronger core:
1. Boat Pose
-Keep your feet on your mat, knees bent w/ a block between your thighs & place your hands on your shins. Hold to this position for 30 seconds to 1 minute.
2. Russian Twist
-This exercise involves all the core muscles. A twisting motion helps to work the muscles
-It also helps lose that excess flab at the side of your waists, commonly known as love handles.

3. Bicycle Crunch
-It is important to rotate the entire torso with your arm. Along with the weight, turn your shoulder and eyes too. Squeeze your core.

4. Forward Crunches
-Lie down on your back. Plant your feet on the floor, hip-width apart. Bend your knees and place your arms across your chest. Contract your abs and inhale.
