Making the frosting is so simple!
2 cups powdered sugar and 4 tablespoons of milk but I added more to make it more creamy.
The frosting hardens when it sits on the pop tarts.
Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes. DELICIOUS I SAY 😋
