Roll out and cut your pie crust into squares/rectangles, add your cooled down preserves, add a top piece of pie crust, push the ends together with a fork to avoid the preserves from coming out, bake 25-30mins, let cool on a wire rack, top with a powdered sugar and heavy whipping cream mixture, add sprinkles!
