Homemade Poptarts 🍓🩵

My first attempt at homemade pop tarts ! I had these in Nashville and immediately wanted to learn how to recreate them at home !

Ingredients -

2 boxes of pie crust

1 jar of strawberry jam - or whatever kind you like

1 egg for egg wash on top (optional)

For the frosting -

Powdered sugar

Milk

Sprinkles to finish !

Bake at 375 for 20 mins
