π₯ Vegan Crepes π₯β£
π Ingredients πβ£
125g all-purpose flour (~1 cup)
2 tbsp sugar
Pinch of salt
20g vegan butter (or vegetable oil) (1 1/2 tbsp)
250ml soy milk (1 cup)
π Method πβ£
In a big bowl, combine the flour, sugar, and salt.
Gradually add the soy milk and melted vegan butter while whisking to ensure a smooth batter. Leave in the fridge for 30 mins.
On a hot non-stick pan lightly greased with oil/butter, pour some batter with a ladle and spread it evenly in the pan. Once golden brown, flip with a spatula and cook for another 1-2 mins.
