Instead of scooping the flour out with the measuring cup, be sure you’re spooning out freshly fluffed flour into your measuring cup to ensure best results. Scooping with the measuring cup will have you ending up with more flour than the recipe calls for.

✔️ Use the right type of pan – I really like using an electric griddle to get as many pancakes on the pan at a time. Alternatively, you could use a cast iron skillet to ensure the most even heating.
