okay, hear me out. obviously the egg white wraps don’t taste like your typical crepes, but with the bananas and peanut butter syrup it is 🤌🏼 super filling and high protein, so a staple during a cut for sure!

peanut butter syrup:

- 1 1/2 tbsp powdered peanut butter

- 1 tbsp water

- 2 tsp sugar free pancake syrup

- 2 tbsp fat free reddiwip

warm-up the egg white wraps in the microwave for 20 seconds. add sliced bananas, peanut butter syrup and a dash of cinnamon. enjoy 😋
