I’m officially a BFT newbie! 🏋️♀️ I’ve decided to join the 8-week challenge to see how far my body can go. It’s time to push myself beyond my limits and achieve my fitness goals.
🎯Some big goals for myself:
* Increase strength
* Build muscle mass
* Reduce body fat
* Do one proper pull up
So far, I’ve attended 3 classes: XTX, Strength (UB), and Cardio HIIT. I’m trying out different classes to see how much my body can handle before the official 8-week challenge.
👍 Why I chose BFT:
- Convenience: It’s located near my workplace, making it easy to fit into my schedule.
- Fun and effective: The workouts seem fun and challenging, and I believe they can help me achieve my goals if I stay consistent with my workouts and diet.
- Toned and lean body: 👙
🥵Reality Check: My body is definitely feeling the burn! Almost every part of me is sore, and there are a few stations that I struggle with. But I know that showing up and giving my best is what matters most.
