Iโ€™m officially a BFT newbie! ๐Ÿ‹๏ธโ€โ™€๏ธ Iโ€™ve decided to join the 8-week challenge to see how far my body can go. Itโ€™s time to push myself beyond my limits and achieve my fitness goals.

๐ŸŽฏSome big goals for myself:

* Increase strength

* Build muscle mass

* Reduce body fat

* Do one proper pull up

So far, Iโ€™ve attended 3 classes: XTX, Strength (UB), and Cardio HIIT. Iโ€™m trying out different classes to see how much my body can handle before the official 8-week challenge.

๐ŸฅตReality Check: My body is definitely feeling the burn! Almost every part of me is sore, and there are a few stations that I struggle with. But I know that showing up and giving my best is what matters most.
