Sharing #MyGoTo chia seed pudding recipe and liquid to seed ratio! Actually iβs so easy I find it weird to even call it a recipe π
Ingredients:
ππ» milk of choice
I like to use almond milk or soy milk for this!
ππ» chia seeds
ππ» honey
alternatively you might wanna swap this out for other sweetener of your choice
ππ» toppings of choice (fruits, nuts)
I like blueberries, bananas and some crushed walnuts in mine
Proportion (the most important information π¬):
After multiple trial and error Iβve found that golden ratio of 1 tbsp of chia seeds to 1/4 cup milk works best. For one serving (for snacks!) I usually do 2 tbsp chia seed + 1/2 cup of milk.
Directions (for 1 serving as light snack):
ππ»Add 2 tbsp of chia seeds to 1/2 cup of milk, and add honey / sweetener to your own liking.
ππ»Leave it for 5 mins and stir it to even out the mixture before storing it in the fridge.
ππ»Ready to eat in 2 hours! But I personally prefer it overnight βΊ
