I'm sure we all have the struggle to control our diet while craving for something sweet or sinful right? 😭 When I came across this simple & healthy chia seed pudding recipe, I immediately tried it and... it changed my life (dramatic much???) 🤣 I always had doubts about how good this can taste as y'know... it just looks unappetising in a way but with the right combination, it actually tastes so damn good! 🫣🤩😝😝 It also helps to satisfy my sweet tooth - I actually crave lesser sweets like cakes after adding this into my diet~
(Also, if you add this into your breakfast yogurt bowls, it helps keeps you full for a longer period 😙)
Chai Seed Pudding Recipe:
➖Prep time & total time: Less than 5mins!
➖Ingredients: Chia seeds, honey (optional), any milk of your choice + toppings you like
▪️Step 1: Put a good amount of chia seeds in a jar & pour milk
▪️ Step 2: Add in any sweetener if you like (I chose honey)
▪️ Step 3: Shake well & refrigerate overnight!
▪️ Step 4: Add toppings of your choice 🍓🍌 (the next morning)
➖Additional tips/notes: Play around with the ratio of chia seed & milk to get the consistency that you like! Mine was about 4-5 tsp of chia seeds & 100-150ml or milk 😊
