Sharing #MyGoTo chia seed pudding recipe and liquid to seed ratio! Actually i’s so easy I find it weird to even call it a recipe 😂
Ingredients:
👉🏻 milk of choice
I like to use almond milk or soy milk for this!
👉🏻 chia seeds
👉🏻 honey
alternatively you might wanna swap this out for other sweetener of your choice
👉🏻 toppings of choice (fruits, nuts)
I like blueberries, bananas and some crushed walnuts in mine
Proportion (the most important information 😬):
After multiple trial and error I’ve found that golden ratio of 1 tbsp of chia seeds to 1/4 cup milk works best. For one serving (for snacks!) I usually do 2 tbsp chia seed + 1/2 cup of milk.
Directions (for 1 serving as light snack):
👉🏻Add 2 tbsp of chia seeds to 1/2 cup of milk, and add honey / sweetener to your own liking.
👉🏻Leave it for 5 mins and stir it to even out the mixture before storing it in the fridge.
👉🏻Ready to eat in 2 hours! But I personally prefer it overnight ☺
