Today i made extra crispy dumpling skirt! It’s so easy to make and you can use frozen dumpling instead of homemade one! This recipe is also perfect for snack, lunch or dinner🤎🤎

Here’s the recipe:

Ingredients:

Gyoza:

⭐️ 200 gr ground chicken

⭐️ Chopped steamed cabbage

⭐️ Chopped green onion and garlic

⭐️ 2 tbsp soy sauce

⭐️ 1 tsp sesame oil

⭐️ 1 tsp oyster sauce

⭐️ A pinch of salt

⭐️ Gyoza wrapper

Slurry:

⭐️ 1 tbsp cornstarch

⭐️ 1 tbsp flour

⭐️ 100 ml water

⭐️ Oil for frying

Method:

1. In a bowl add ground chicken, chopped steamed cabbage, green onion, garlic and the seasonings. Mix it well. Set it a side.

2. Then in a bowl add the cornstarch, flour and water. Mix it well and set it aside.

3. Prepare the gyoza wrapper and put the filling in the middle.

4. Seal with water and form into a gyoza.

5. Then fry the gyoza until crispy on the bottom.

6. Pour the slurry and cover for 5 minutes.

7. Then when it’s cooked and crispy transfer into a plate.

8. Garnish with green onion and serve with the gyoza sauce!
