How to make Gyoza with wings

Hanetsuki Gyoza, also known as Gyoza with wings, is what I’ve been craving. I recalled my friend mentioning an easy trick to achieve that crispy crust using a cornflour mixture. I decided to give it a shot, and voila! Not too bad for a first attempt.

Flour mixture Ratio

Corn flour : water

1tsp : 50ml
