Winter Arc Challenge✨meal prep✨

The winter our challenge officially has begun on October 1. This is a great way to keep yourself accountable and get into the best shape of your life, level up mentally, financially, and emotionally and end this year on a positive happy note. I know a lot of people can get a little lazy during the last two months of the year but this is the time for us to go the hardest that we need to go in order to get a kickstart before the new year.

Breakfast is the most important meal of the day and I love to have a protein dense meal so that it keeps me full and satisfied throughout the day while giving me all the nutritious benefits.

.Since I am following a Mediterranean and carnival diet which will eventually turn into a lifestyle change for me I have decided to incorporate a lot of lean meats, beans, greens and anything that helps support my overall well-being. I found a lot of my recipes here on lemon8.

If I am craving something sweet at the end of the night I will just have a little bit of fruit and it satisfies the sugar craving perfectly. Sometimes I'll add in some Greek yogurt and some honey and have that as a late night snack.
