Winter Arc 24’

75 hard- winter edition!

🧘 Habit 1: waking up at 7 will give me so much more time to get what I need to get done, done and not have to feel rushed. When I feel put together I’m in a good mood!

🧘 Habit 2: I want to do cardio at least 4x a week because I am trying to lose some weight and honestly cardio is so good for you. it will help me start my wellness journey!

🧘 Habit 3: not only will making my own meals save me money but it will help me eat sooo much cleaner than I would if I bought myself food everyday 😉 packing lunches is where it’s at! I got myself a cute adult bentgo box so it makes me excited to pack my lunch everyday

🧘 Habit 4: I feel like I’ve spent like hundreds of dollars on Starbucks over the years and I’m trying to cut back plus I have a Keurig now!

🧘‍♀️ Habit 5: this is a personal habit that I’m trying to start. I want to start to grow my relationship with god💖

🧘‍♀️ Habit 6: occasionally I will drink with my friends and at parties and I notice I get so bloated when I drink certain things so I’m going to try and get get zero cal / sugar options when I do indulge

🧘‍♀️Habit 7: I want to try something new every week, whether that’s taking myself to a new coffee shop or trying a new face mask I want to treat myself to something special because I (and YOU) deserve it!

🧘‍♀️Habit 8: I want to read 3 pgs a day (at least) so that hopefully I can read like a book a month bc I seriously love reading but I dont prioritize it enjoy
