🥶 ❄️ MY WINTER ARC PROGRESS ❄️ 🥶

So I know it’s not “winter”, especially here in NC 😅; Nevertheless, I decided to start on my journey at the end of August .

When I started, I was at my lowest point this year emotionally, mentally, and physically. I decided I was tired of feeling like 💩 and started on my journey.

I’ll post more about the major lifestyle changes I’ve made to help me get to where I am today soon 🫶🏾
