🔸Warm Up: 10 minutes walking on treadmill 3.5 mph with 5.0 incline
🔹Smith Machine Hip Thrusts: 10 reps x 4 sets with a hold at the top until failure at the end of each set
🔹Romanian Dead Lift (RDL) w/ Barbell: 10 reps x 4 sets
🔹Assisted Pull Up Machine: 4 sets of as many reps as possible (AMRAP) (usually around 8-10 for me)
🔹Tricep Dips on Pull Up Machine: 10 reps x 4 sets
🔹Lunges with Bicep curl: 10 reps each leg x 4 sets
🔹SUPERSET: Plank 1 minute hold with bicycle crunches AMRAP 30 seconds, rest 1 minute between supersets
🔻Cool Down: Walk 5 minute on treadmill 3.5 mph with 2.0 incline
