Simple but feels gourmet!
Black and Blue Gnocchi with Steak Slices 🥩
Ingredients:
2 Cups of Gnocchi
5 Ounces Full Fat Creme
1 Cup of Gorgonzola
1/4 Cup of Parmesan
Salt & Pepper
Butter
2 Strips of Steak
Instructions:
•Salt & pepper the steak and let sit for 5 minute.
•Cook steak in pan while olive oil and butter.
•Let steak rest while making gnocchi (thinly slice after gnocchi is done)
•Boil water and place gnocchi in water for 3-4 minutes (Keep a cup of water from boiling gnocchi for later)
•Melt creme, Gorgonzola, and Parmesan over a low or medium heat until melted, stirring often
•Add some of the saved water slowly until mixture is creamy.
•Salt & pepper as needed
