My favorite way to make gnocchi

•Chop your onion and saute on med/high heat

•add your meat and seasonings (whatever you like)

•add pasta sauce+ a cup of pasta water from boiling gnocchi

•boil your gnocchi until the pieces start to float to the top of the pot then remove and add to your meat+ sauce

•stir together add parmesan cheese and remove from heat.

•garnish with whatever herbs you like (I used cilantro this time, and enjoy !
