These meals are great for busy athletes because they are simple, delicious and don’t take long to make.

I try to focus on protein in every meal because usually I eat dinner right after practice.

The turkey burgers with thin sliced cheese on top are a great alternative to beef and the carrot fries pair great with them.

Steak and potatoes is such a classic and steak is so easy to make

Gnocchi is literally the easiest and it’s SOOO yummy. The pink beet sauce is a bit extra, but was fairly easy to make. However, you can easily replace it with another sauce.

I try to add some sort of vegetable and color along with my meals to keep them balanced.

These meals are also easy to pack into a container for meal prepping to have later in the week in case you are a student athlete in season and need to save time.
