The diet industry has made us think that losing weight has to be complicated…and well miserable…

Now don’t get me wrong losing weight isn’t always easy, because it does take diet and lifestyle change and those things aren’t always easy - especially if you are trying to change habits you’ve had for years or even decades…and that can be hard at first.

But it doesn’t have to complicated.

We’ve been taught we need:

•To count calories

•Have the perfect macros

•Weigh measure and track everything we eat

•Make every meal into a complicated math problem

•Be hungry

•Completely change your life to fit the diet you’re on

•Have a lot of willpower…

•Etc…etc…ect…

But you know what?  You don’t need any of that…🤫

In fact all of that will actually make any weight you do lose very hard to maintain.🤯

Instead focus on these 5 things:

1. Eat real food most of the time - reduce or eliminate added sugar, seed oils, and ultra processed foods

2. Have a high protein breakfast and make this the biggest meal of your day

3. Focus all your meals on PFF - Protein, Healthy Fat, and Fiber - prioritizing protein at each meal - when you do this is will help you to stay fuller longer

4. Eat when you’re hungry, don’t when you’re not - before you eat get in the habit of asking yourself “am I actually hungry?” - If you are, eat. If you’re not, just wait until you are.

5. When you are hungry have meals rather than snacking and grazing.

Pretty easy right? AND NO MATH!😉
