In fact all of that will actually make any weight you do lose very hard to maintain.š¤Æ
Instead focus on these 5 things:
1. Eat real food most of the time - reduce or eliminate added sugar, seed oils, and ultra processed foods
2. Have a high protein breakfast and make this the biggest meal of your day
3. Focus all your meals on PFF - Protein, Healthy Fat, and Fiber - prioritizing protein at each meal - when you do this is will help you to stay fuller longer
4. Eat when youāre hungry, donāt when youāre not - before you eat get in the habit of asking yourself āam I actually hungry?ā - If you are, eat. If youāre not, just wait until you are.
5. When you are hungry have meals rather than snacking and grazing.
