ā€¢Make every meal into a complicated math problem

ā€¢Be hungry

ā€¢Completely change your life to fit the diet youā€™re on

ā€¢Have a lot of willpowerā€¦

ā€¢Etcā€¦etcā€¦ectā€¦

But you know what?Ā  You donā€™t need any of thatā€¦šŸ¤«

In fact all of that will actually make any weight you do lose very hard to maintain.šŸ¤Æ

Instead focus on these 5 things:

1. Eat real food most of the time - reduce or eliminate added sugar, seed oils, and ultra processed foods

2. Have a high protein breakfast and make this the biggest meal of your day

3. Focus all your meals on PFF - Protein, Healthy Fat, and Fiber - prioritizing protein at each meal - when you do this is will help you to stay fuller longer

4. Eat when youā€™re hungry, donā€™t when youā€™re not - before you eat get in the habit of asking yourself ā€œam I actually hungry?ā€ - If you are, eat. If youā€™re not, just wait until you are.

5. When you are hungry have meals rather than snacking and grazing.
