🌿Meatless May🌿

Hi friends!

I have been doing a #bettermein2023 challenge this year, with a different theme each month.

I got the idea based on the book "The Self-Care Solution" by Jennifer Ashton.

So far, it's been:

✔️Break up with bad habits in January

✔️Planks and Pushups in Feb.

✔️Meditation in March

✔️Cardio for April

The challenge for May is to eat a plant- based diet, or at least no red meat.
