🍛 chicken katsu curry
Servings: 1pax
Prep time & total time: about 30mins
Ingredients:
• curry
- racik instant seasoning for curry (you can use curry instant of your choice)
- 1/2 onion
- carrot
- potato
• chicken katsu
- 150gr chicken breast (marinated with: oyster sauce, salt, sugar and pepper)
- 1egg
- bread crumbs
- all purpose flour (seasoning with salt and pepper)
Step:
1. First, Marinated chicken breast with oyster sauce, salt, sugar and pepper, let it sit for a moment. While waiting…peel, wash and cut potato and carrot into a small pieces then boil in 3-5mins.
2. Chicken katsu: Coat the chicken with flour, egg, and breadcrumbs. Then fry until golden brown.
3. Curry: Put oil into a pot and sauté onion pieces until the edges start browning. Add racik instant seasoning for curry then stir-fry until fragrant. Add water and and stir well. Add potato and carrot pieces, let it cook.
4. Serve! Put cooked rice on one side of a serving plate, place chicken katsu pieces next to the rice. Then pour curry on the side next to the chicken katsu away from the rice. But my bad is, I pour the curry over the rice, so the plating kinda messy but to be honest this is so gooood! Try it yourself!
