Curry Chicken With Potatoes

1. Prepare all the ingredients.

2. Cook the curry paste & the lemon grass first until fragrant.

3. Add in chicken & potatoes to cook. Add some salt after that.

4. Add in water & let it boil. Close the lid & cook for 30mins.

5. On off, you can stir the curry chicken.

6. Add in one pkt of coconut milk & let it boil awhile.

7. Serve & eat hot dips with bread or rice 😋.
