These foamy, espresso forward mocktails are my favorite afternoon treat. They’re really easy to make (and if you don’t have an espresso machine, that’s ok- you can use iced coffee or cold brew instead).

Recipe

2 shots espresso

2 oz Monday non-alcoholic gin alternative

1 tsp pumpkin spice sauce

To a cocktail shaker add 2 shots espresso, 2 oz non-alcoholic gin alternative, 1 tsp pumpkin spice sauce, and ice. Shake for 30 seconds. Strain into a coupe glass or Nick & Nora glass and garnish with star anise or cinnamon stick.

Optional:

Create a pumpkin spice rim by dipping your glass in some pumpkin spice sauce then dipping it into some brown sugar.

Add an extra shot of espresso for a stronger coffee flavor.
