narrow stance: feet close together and narrow to work the outer leg muscles
basic stance: feet shoulder width apart and works overall leg muscles
high and/wide stance: wide stance will focus on the inner thighs, and high focuses on the glutes and hamstrings
low stance: placing your feet lower will work the quads
