If you don’t know what cycle syncing is, it’s basically aligning your life, what you eat, the movement you do, etc. to what part of your cycle you’re in (menstrual, follicular, ovulatory, luteal) in order to best support your hormones.
So here are the best foods for your MENSTRUAL phase:
✨ Fruit: blueberries, cranberries, blackberries, Concord grapes, watermelon
✨ Veggies: kale, beets, mushrooms, sea veggies, collard greens, sweet potatoes, root veggies
✨ Grains: buckwheat, wild rice
✨ Protein: kidney beans, adzuki beans, duck, pork, shellfish, sardines, grass fed red meat + liver
✨ Miscellaneous: pumpkin seeds, flax seeds, chestnuts, peanuts, raspberry leaf, nettle leaf, turmeric
